Cannot create specific portal server using code

Hi, I have code for helicopter training. Server is not mine. It has been working always, till something breaks it, either updates or i dont know, that same issue was like 1 year ago. Could you pleas...

Talked with server code creator and the answer:

In most likely, dice updating battlefield is the cause. So, its up to them to fix or inform changes/refreshes that needs to be done. Again, i wouldn't bother about, but server configuration is complex and very useful.
