Hey I've posted in several topics, bug reports, technical issues and more. I need help please can someone get me anyone better than EA heklpdesk???
I have a brand new MSI GF63 with a 4050 and i cant launch the game it goes to black window bugged btf2042 splash icon and 10secs later back to EA app without error. GeforceExperience used for drivers. Reinstalled the latest twice today 19/01/24 i was able to play once the day before i bought it a few days ago. Disconnected internet and was able to open game. But not a single more time. Talked to everybody had friends comparing our files between game folders and talked to EA help assistant. Nothing worked It's impossible to play the game. Impossible. Anything to say? This is what I've tried, and those are dxdiag3 and other info. Also a screenshot of what i saw in taskmanager the first instant it opens the black window.Those processes dont last long. They pop up and then close themselves and then either black screen window gets bugged and i have to close it or it closes itself and i go back to EAA app...

Does this happen in any game mode? i cant get in the game...
How can we find this issue ourselves? launch the game on pc

- disabled all background apps
- disabled discord overlay
- reinstalling C++ distribs
- clearing ea download cache
- disabling anti virus
- repairing easyanticheat
