    With patch 4.0 we see this as fixed.

    If you do come across the bug again please make a new topic about the issues.

I am getting in from foot. If I spawn in a vehicle for example at the start of the round I am not getting the bug.

Onto your second question: I don't use custom Control settings at all. Not even adjusted Mouse sensitivity.

    this has been three weeks and it hasn't been top priority because I just installed the new update hopped out of a hovercraft and could not aim down sight I am now pissed because this is been looked past and not prioritized as well as you guys are now on holiday break so I have to wait another month if not more without being able to ride in vehicles otherwise I will lose ability to ADS

      yes I now noticed I spawned on a vehicle, got out and could look up or down. Then switched weapon and it worked
