Can't ADS after exiting vehicle with SFAR equipped

Summarize your bug Every time (before and after update) I pilot a vehicle in hazard zone and exit the vehicle, I cannot aim down sights or scan. Ammo in clip also stays at 00 though I can hip fire. If I die and redeploy it works again. Until then Left Trigger does nothing.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Pilot a vehicle in hazard zone and exit. Try to aim
What happens when the bug occurs? When I exit after piloting a vehicle I cannot aim down sights. Only hip fire. As if left trigger is deactivated
What should be happening instead? I should be able to aim down sights.

If I am not piloting said vehicle I can aim down sights after I exit. Once I pilot the vehicle I cannot until I die and redeploy
