Have you tried everything in this article and this article? Sorry to give articles with a bunch of stuff that may not apply - just not sure where your issue is.
"Other profiles can connect and play online with no issues" - You mean other people you know or other profiles of yours?
"I have been unable to connect to Battlefield 2042 Servers" - 0 times in the past 2 months, or intermittently? Where in the process does it say you cannot connect? Is there an error code?
Where are you located? Perhaps there are local server issues. This article describes how to check.
Thanks! So I have tried everything in both articles. Also, I have a homeshare profile that I used on my Xbox and it connected right away. And yes I have connected 0 times in the last 6 or 7 weeks
While I'm more of a PC guy myself, I have seen some posts that suggest installing the game on the XBox rather than an attached drive may help. Of course, you may already have it installed on the internal drive. Just trying to help as best I can...
BTW - There are a couple more questions you did not answer. While they may not be the issue, we're in troubleshooting mode.
So there were no server issues listed and I do get an error code. I'll attach an image. But nothing I've tried has worked
