Dude I've got this too! I'm hoping they patch it because I literally can't fly anything it's a nightmare

I’m having the same problem too I can move tho but it glitches out
OK so I figured this out on my own.
Go into controller, vehicles, aircraft control sensitivity.
I noticed that this was set to 150 for me. When I toggled it down, it immediately switch to 100 but the display bar still showed it was on max.
