Cant play BF2042 now without secureboot?
so basically they just cut off access to my product i paid for? do they intend to issue a refund? this wasnt a requirement of gameplay when i purchased it.

No you cannot longer play BF2042 without secure boot anymore
This was a controversial change but its something that will not be changed back. you could try and investigate for a refund since im pretty sure denying that would be against the consumers rights in several countries
Scared they'll detect your cheats?
