Yeah, me too!

Can say for certain but we noticed that if the head clips anything at all you can't revive!

My squad keeps thinking I'm faking reviving them! haha

I have also noticed now twice that when I am killed when climbing an item (wall, boxes, etc.)m I am stuck in a mode where I can't "tap out" or call for revive. And no medic van revive me.
