Cant skip Calibration and Intro BF2042

Summarize your bug When ever i start the game up it will re set all my setting and i have to do the whole calibration for menu narration and all that all over again and then replay that stupid prologue over and over and over every time i start up the game. Ive not had a single game opened where it goes into the main menu

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i dont know? ive tried googling about it people have issues with this in past BF but not this one
