Can't start early access play with EA Play subscription

Hi everyone! It is already November 12, 8 a.m. UTC time (which is when the early access starts according to this link https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/battlefield/battlefield-2042/fight-for-your-futur...

@Yegorisama talked to ea support. basically you wasted your money for ea play because you still dont get early access since you still pre ordered the standard edition. so again ea are money grubbing like always. love their * business practices
