    Had this issue, try tabbing out and back into the game. Fixes it for me.

However leaving game and or exiting 2042 do not reliably restore the L/R mouse button Fire/Zoom at all. Very unreliable, even after restoring defaults. Mouse L&R work fine everywhere but in trying to select keybindings.
As an Aside in the X axis is not correctly represented as left/right movement 'onfoot', but this works in game. Obviously a problem with mouse button detection post selecting a mouse key binding (L/R buttons do not register - Isn't it about time this was addressed corrected as it's been going on for months, PLEASE fix.
