Hello,
I will certainly try live chat again today, though the agent I talked to last night pointed me towards posting here.
I can definitely understand some purchases being non-refundable but a couple primary points make me believe this one shouldn't be.
- It's a known bug and has been known for months
- The bug is that the game literally tells you the payment didn't work. This is the biggest one for me. If the bug said almost anything else I'd be a lot more likely to accept it as my fault. But the error literally says "purchase canceled" how on earth would anyone know that canceled means the payment went through fine?
- Multiple purchases were made in rapid succession (we're talking seconds, not minutes) of the same product and none of that product has been used on the account.
I went to this forum and it pointed me to live chat, live chat pointed me back to this forum. I sincerely hope there is a little more integrity than forcing your players to eat $120 because of a {known} bug with the game.

@RealNeonNinja They really shouldn't be pointing you back here as refunds can't be granted through the forums. All I can think to suggest is to point this out to them through live chat and politely ask for an escalation.
