Climbing ladder doesn't disrupt ammo reload

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Reload your gun, and before the animation completes (or when the ammo count on the bottom right of the HUD shows that you have fully reloaded), begin climbing a ladder.
What happens when the bug occurs? While you're climbing the ladder, the reload doesn't get disrupted, but rather continues to reload your gun. Whether you stop in the middle of the ladder, continue climbing the ladder, begin the climb of the ladder, etc., your gun will reload as if you weren't climbing the ladder for the reload to be disrupted.
What should be happening instead? Climbing the ladder should disrupt the ammo reload.

Reloading your gun then doing something else before the reload completes will disrupt the reload. That's the case for most things where your hands are occupied. The ladder seems to be one of the few exceptions.
