Coins purchase bug on PS5

I purchased the 2,400 coins bundle because I planned to buy the 20 levels premium battle pass but, after the purchase, I had no coins.

Money has been taken because I checked, and I have premium pass (the standard one) but I didn’t buy it. I just added coins. And, even if the game somehow “decided on his own” that I wanted to buy battle pass with those coins… where the other coins went?

I want to add that I bought coins from PS Store since the in-game store didn’t load the coin page. Maybe that is the reason?

    I bought the new currency BFC and it doesn't show up in game.  Definitely not doing this again if you can't even get that right.

    I also purchased the 2400 bundle and 500 bundle and neither are on my account. I also deleted and reinstalled to se if that fixes it and it didn't as well.

    I purchased 5000 BTC from the Origin store, and its the same there as well

    I purchased 1100 coins for the battle pass how long before I receive them? Also server still keeps crashing on ps4

    Same here I payed 20$ and trying to get them to fix this its BS that this happend they had time to fix it and everything I'm just thinking about getting a refund

    I am from PC-steam(RU), I have the same problem! I purchased 2400 bfc as 25usd through origion website and never received it.

    @dStrielokb Yeah I’m the same I want to try an buy the new battle pass but it’s not loading the page to buy credits??
