connection issue

Hello everyone.

i've been having this issue for many years now and with all the battlefield games i've ever played from battlefield (3-4-1-5-2042).

the issue is that whenever i spend even a minute in the menus the games wouldn't let me enter a match, it'll simply load me like normal then send me back to the main menu without telling me anything, the games let me into a match if i immediatly matchmake as soon as the game loads me into the main menu. but this is where the same issue happens again through another way, whenever i back out of the match and start matchmaking for another match it happens again and sends me back to the menu without a reason.

for now the only way for me to play any battlfield is to immediatly matchmake as soon as i enter the game, and when the issue happens because i stayed too long in the menus or i left a match i have to exit the game and restart it and try to matchmake as fast as i can.

this is really annoying and takes away any reason and will for me to even touch battlefield games.

please help.
