Consistent BSOD/Game Crash caused by eaanticheat.sys

Whenever I try to launch the game now, I get a BSOD caused by eaanticheat.sys or a directx error saying the GPU is out of memory. This is occuring on cold boot where the system has been off for some time beforehand.
Previous try had the out of vram error occur on game start then when I tried to relaunch the game again, the BSOD occured.

I've included the Windows Debugger output of the minidump file as I can replicate this all the time now, with nothing screaming out at me in the dxdiag output as to what could be going wrong.

Specs:

Mobo: Asus ROG Strix Z790-I

GPU : PNY XLR8 RTX 4090

CPU: Intel i9-14900K

RAM: Corsair 96GB Kit (2x48GB) DDR5 Vengeance C40 5600MT/s (CMK96GX5M2B5600C40) (running at 4800MHZ as XMP is disabled to rule that out)
