I dont think it really needs a recording, he said it doesnt happens in other games and that he have good connection, so it is probably the Desync/Time Nudge problem, that is deffinely related to server/netcode issue, so the devs really needs to look at it asap, especially cause a lot of people are repporting this, my self included, and its just a pain to play when it starts, really anoying, not fun at all.
