Constant stuttering on Xbox Series X

Its been 8 Months and my game is still stuttering. Every few seconds theres a small lag. It just feels horrible to play this game. My internet is good and stable. Is there any way to fix this or are the servers just bad?

    @SparklinIceTea @tmkvsbluerose  Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

     

    How to power cycle: 

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
    3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    4. Plug the console power cable back in.
    5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Same for me... first couple of minutes are smooth, after that the stutter begins. Tried everything possible.. even swapping PC parts besides all the adjustments in software, control panel, power plans etc etc...

    Yeah that doesn’t work apparently it’s the ini settings or something in the game code itself.  Pc has a mod to fix it unfortunately since you folks at Bethesda made it to where ini settings can’t be changed in mods us console users are screwed unless ya’ll fix it.  Which let’s face it that won’t happen.  Cause that would mean admitting a mistake and we all know how you rich folk love admitting mistakes lol
