cross play voip not working

im on pc but my friend is on ps5 and he can hear me but i cant here him any tips? i can see his name when he talks but i cant hear him

    Hi @themyth97, is the headset that you are using set as windows communication as default device?

    I fixed mine by toggling cross-play off and back on, then restarting the game. Also made sure voice chat was enabled in the settings and mic permission was allowed in system settings.
