So both my Xbox an Pc accounts are linked under the same email, I've played 2042 mostly on xbox. Yet when I've downloaded the game on pc. None of my progression has crossed over whatsoever. Back to level 1 with no unlocks or change of stats. Any idea on how to fix this would be highly appreciated!

Already done that, says my xbox account is linked up.
EA_QueenBeehi, i have (and many players with me) the same problem with the trophy unlocking. The stats will carry over for me but the trophy for the acquirements won't pop. There are many discussions for the same issue. We hoped with the last update/patch it will be fixed but there is a problem with cross save/stats.
I have no unlocks what so ever, it's like a brand new account was made, so having to restart on pc.
