So I just got the game on PC after previously playing it on my PS4. I have double checked if my PS4 account and steam account have been linked to the same EA account and they are. However after relaunching the game now, it still says I have never played the game in the in game stats and I havent got any of the operators I previously had unlocked. What else can I try?

did you unlink your PSN account in order to link it to the same EA account as the Steam account? If so, you will have to link it back to the original EA account and link the Steam account to that EA account as well. Game progress is linked to the EA account, not the platform account, so if you unlink and relink a platform to a different EA account, the progress is kept on the old EA account.
