Dice!!! separate 128 and 64 player mode !!!! (Like this for EA attention)
Please consider separating the 64-player and 128-player Conquest playlists again in Battlefield 2042. Ever since the playlists were merged, many players have lost the ability to consistently play the experience they actually enjoy. Some players prefer the large-scale chaos and epic battles of 128 players, while others prefer the more tactical and focused gameplay of 64 players. Both experiences have their own unique identity, and forcing them into a single playlist reduces player choice and overall enjoyment. Battlefield has always been about offering different ways to play, and giving players the freedom to choose between 64 and 128-player modes would greatly improve the experience. With Battlefield 6 on the horizon, please don't forget the dedicated Battlefield 2042 community that still actively plays and supports the game. Bringing back separate playlists for 64 and 128 players would be a highly appreciated quality-of-life change. Thank you, DICE, for continuing to support Battlefield 2042.Black Screen After Matchmaking - Returned to Main Menu
Hello everyone, came here from the russian-speaking forum because there’s almost no activity there about this issue. after matchmaking in breakthrough or conquest the screen goes black like the server is loading, then after a few seconds it throws me back to the main menu. Already tried enabling crossplay, verifying files, clearing cache, restarting router, ea app and the game itself but still the same. Did anyone actually find a real fix or is matchmaking just broken right now?BATTLEFIELD 6 GAME UPDATE 1.1.3.1
Conclusion of the update: One step forward, two steps back. Problems remaining: Bullet registration is really bad again. So the history path according to the fixes is: bad, better, bad. Instant kills. The moment I see the enemy, the same moment I die. No chance even to click the left button on the mouse. I shot the enemy in the face twice with a shotgun, 1 meter distance. No damage, obviously I died and I didn't even saw the mark of my hit. Vehicles do not have the same engagement/impact in the game as in previous versions. Many vehicles, many mines that can't kill a tank. I see in city maps the roads full of dots of mines like PacMan. The most impressive thing is when the aircraft or damaged tanks land next to the soldier, but after a while you feel like this is staged and the vehicle doesn't seem to be part of the action. In every game and every map, a tank dies only with rockets. Mines and C4 are no longer useful. Other vehicle equipment that is not used and does not offer any exciting experience. Only guys who camp near the base and wait the whole game just to manage to kill a tank once or twice. I guess they do this just to unlock something. Helicopters seem to be the most inconsequential object in the game. And while helicopters don't tie into the overall gameplay, you get a direct hit from a helicopter hovering (camping) so high in the sky, completely unrelated to the action. In BF3 and BF4 I had so many equipment choices to use, to adapt to the game and influence its outcome. Now the most of the gadget choices are not useful and do not affect the game. I told you before. This game has so many problems that you can't fix them. If you have the courage you can try to fix it. If I was in your position I wouldn't.Twitch drops not showing up after claiming

If your Battlefield 6 keeps resetting settings or won’t save progress, it could be Windows Security silently blocking the game’s files. What happened: Windows Security didn’t show any pop-ups until I launched the game. Loading the campaign triggered the alert, and that’s when I realized it was blocking access to save and config files — the game literally couldn’t touch its own files. How I fixed it: 1. Open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Protection history. 2. Look for any blocked Battlefield 6 files and click Allow on device. 3. To stop it from happening again, go to Manage settings → Add or remove exclusions. 4. Add your Battlefield 6 install folder as an exclusion (for example: C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 6). After doing this, all game settings and save files worked perfectly. No more resets — it was just Windows Security silently blocking access. **Note:** Search your PC and make sure the following files exist and are not being blocked: * `PROFSAVE` * `PROSAVE_profile` * `steam_autocloud.vdf` These files are usually located in: C:\Users\<YourName>\Documents\Battlefield 6\settings If any of these files are missing, Battlefield 6 may not be able to save or load your progress correctly. These files are required for Battlefield 6 to properly save your settings and progress. Also verify that **Windows Virus & Threat Protection** (especially **Real-time protection**) isn’t blocking or quarantining them — this can silently prevent the game from writing or updating your save data. ***Steps to Add Full Control for Battlefield 6 Settings Folder*** (This has also helped some users to resolve issue with save file) Navigate to the folder: Open File Explorer and go to: C:\Users\<YourName>\Documents\Battlefield 6 (or wherever your Battlefield 6 folder is located) Open Properties: Right-click the Battlefield 6 folder → select Properties. Open Security Settings: Click the Security tab at the top. Edit Permissions: Click Edit… to change permissions. Select Your User: In the list under “Group or user names,” select your Windows user account. If your user isn’t listed, click Add…, type your username, and click Check Names → OK. Grant Full Control: Under “Permissions for [YourUser],” check Full control → click Apply → OK. Propagate Permissions: When prompted, choose Apply changes to this folder, subfolders, and files → click OK. Close Properties: Click OK to close all dialogs.Unauthorized Change to EA Multiplayer Shared Membership on Xbox
I have recently found that on the Xbox console, EA’s multiplayer-required titles can no longer recognize that the account logged into the console is eligible for shared membership benefits. Previously, as long as one playing account was online on the console, multiplayer could function normally even if the account providing the membership service was signed out in the background. However, it now requires both accounts to be logged in on the same console simultaneously to access multiplayer features. This change was made without any prior notice or announcement, which significantly impacts players’ existing shared membership rights and contradicts Microsoft’s Home Xbox sharing policy.
