[FIXED] Battlefield 6 Save & Settings Issue — Windows Security Blocking Solved!
If your Battlefield 6 keeps resetting settings or won’t save progress, it could be Windows Security silently blocking the game’s files. What happened: Windows Security didn’t show any pop-ups until I launched the game. Loading the campaign triggered the alert, and that’s when I realized it was blocking access to save and config files — the game literally couldn’t touch its own files. How I fixed it: 1. Open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Protection history. 2. Look for any blocked Battlefield 6 files and click Allow on device. 3. To stop it from happening again, go to Manage settings → Add or remove exclusions. 4. Add your Battlefield 6 install folder as an exclusion (for example: C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 6). After doing this, all game settings and save files worked perfectly. No more resets — it was just Windows Security silently blocking access. **Note:** Search your PC and make sure the following files exist and are not being blocked: * `PROFSAVE` * `PROSAVE_profile` * `steam_autocloud.vdf` These files are usually located in: C:\Users\<YourName>\Documents\Battlefield 6\settings If any of these files are missing, Battlefield 6 may not be able to save or load your progress correctly. These files are required for Battlefield 6 to properly save your settings and progress. Also verify that **Windows Virus & Threat Protection** (especially **Real-time protection**) isn’t blocking or quarantining them — this can silently prevent the game from writing or updating your save data. ***Steps to Add Full Control for Battlefield 6 Settings Folder*** (This has also helped some users to resolve issue with save file) Navigate to the folder: Open File Explorer and go to: C:\Users\<YourName>\Documents\Battlefield 6 (or wherever your Battlefield 6 folder is located) Open Properties: Right-click the Battlefield 6 folder → select Properties. Open Security Settings: Click the Security tab at the top. Edit Permissions: Click Edit… to change permissions. Select Your User: In the list under “Group or user names,” select your Windows user account. If your user isn’t listed, click Add…, type your username, and click Check Names → OK. Grant Full Control: Under “Permissions for [YourUser],” check Full control → click Apply → OK. Propagate Permissions: When prompted, choose Apply changes to this folder, subfolders, and files → click OK. Close Properties: Click OK to close all dialogs.Unauthorized Change to EA Multiplayer Shared Membership on Xbox
I have recently found that on the Xbox console, EA’s multiplayer-required titles can no longer recognize that the account logged into the console is eligible for shared membership benefits. Previously, as long as one playing account was online on the console, multiplayer could function normally even if the account providing the membership service was signed out in the background. However, it now requires both accounts to be logged in on the same console simultaneously to access multiplayer features. This change was made without any prior notice or announcement, which significantly impacts players’ existing shared membership rights and contradicts Microsoft’s Home Xbox sharing policy.Wheeled Warrior Trophy FIX WORKAROUND

The maintenance and attention at those games and servers are minimal. No feedback from EA/DICE , just completely silenced !!!!!!!!!!!!!Frequent BSOD Crashes in Battlefield 2042 (eaanticheat.sys Error)
Hi, I am experiencing frequent Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) crashes while playing Battlefield 2042, primarily during map loading and when returning to the lobby. The BSOD error is caused by eaanticheat.sys, with the specific stop code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (0x0000001e). Previously, the game ran smoothly. This issue began after I upgraded my GPU from an RTX 4090 to an RTX 5090 and updated the graphics driver to the latest version (32.0.15.7700 - NVIDIA ForceWare 577.00). No other changes were made to my system or operating system. After the crashes occurred, I attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success: Rolled back the GPU driver from ForceWare 577.00 to ForceWare 572.16 (the version previously used with my RTX 4090). The issue persisted. Verified game integrity, uninstalled/reinstalled EA AntiCheat, and performed a full reinstall of Battlefield 2042. Tested the RTX 5090 using benchmarking tools (3DMark, FurMark). No hardware faults were detected. Checked RAM stability with MemTest. All tests passed without errors. System Configuration: OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro (Version 10.0.22631.5624, Win11 23H2 2023 Update) CPU: Intel Core i9-13900KF @ 5.5 GHz (8C+16c) Motherboard: ASUS Prime Z790-P (Intel Z790 Chipset) Memory: 32 GB DDR5 SDRAM, DIMM2: Corsair CMK5X16G1E60C36A2 (16 GB, DDR5-4800), DIMM4: Corsair CMK5X16G1E60C36A2 (16 GB, DDR5-4800) GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 (32 GB VRAM) GPU Driver: ForceWare 577.00 (32.0.15.7700) Storage: Predator SSD GM7 M.2 2TB (Game Installation Drive) BIOS: AMI (Version dated 06/25/2024) Attached is the minidump file from the most recent BSOD for your analysis. Please address this matter at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your urgent attention to this problem.Solvedi cant even make a mordrate xp game on xbox
i cant even make a mordrate xp game on xbox to unlock stuff for different stuff i have everything connted and i undid it all made a new portal match still aint working frist time tryna get one working and every time i make one it make it retricted or a get a error code saying i can not playCross progression not working
So I just got the game on PC after previously playing it on my PS4. I have double checked if my PS4 account and steam account have been linked to the same EA account and they are. However after relaunching the game now, it still says I have never played the game in the in game stats and I havent got any of the operators I previously had unlocked. What else can I try?Why can't I take down the Portal server?
This stupid issue has been going on since 2022. My server has not been shut down for more than 4 days. As long as there are other players, I am useless as an administrator. I can't kick them out or ban them. If you can't solve this problem why don't you allow players to have 10-100 server quotas at a time? **bleep** Portal server management permissions Not as perfect as Battlefield 4 If anything happens on the server that violates EA regulations, I will not be held responsible. This is because it is a problem caused by your BUG.Please Remove My “Godlike Status” – I’d Like to Be Human Sometimes
I’m facing a rather unique luxury problem that only a handful of people on this planet could ever understand: my aim is sharper than a surgeon’s scalpel, my movement is more graceful than a ballet performance, and my game sense operates on a level far beyond ordinary human comprehension. Years of relentless training have molded me into one of the best – if not the best – Battlefield 2042 player in existence. But now I’m confronted with a strange issue: because of my overwhelming skill, I keep getting placed into matches that are already on the brink of collapse – apparently in the hope that my godlike gameplay will single-handedly turn the tide. Most of the time, I succeed. Yet recently I’ve noticed that I frequently get disconnected when I dominate a match too hard, almost as if the system itself is trying to protect the other players’ experience from being completely shattered by my presence. Believe it or not, even a demi-god like me sometimes just wants to relax and enjoy a casual round without being forced into carrying the entire server. My humble request: please remove me from this divine tier and allow me, every now and then, to be treated like a mere mortal. Thank you in advance – and apologies if my sheer perfection is overloading your servers.
