So I just got the game on PC after previously playing it on my PS4. I have double checked if my PS4 account and steam account have been linked to the same EA account and they are. However after relaunching the game now, it still says I have never played the game in the in game stats and I havent got any of the operators I previously had unlocked. What else can I try?Why can't I take down the Portal server?
This stupid issue has been going on since 2022. My server has not been shut down for more than 4 days. As long as there are other players, I am useless as an administrator. I can't kick them out or ban them. If you can't solve this problem why don't you allow players to have 10-100 server quotas at a time? **bleep** Portal server management permissions Not as perfect as Battlefield 4 If anything happens on the server that violates EA regulations, I will not be held responsible. This is because it is a problem caused by your BUG.Please Remove My “Godlike Status” – I’d Like to Be Human Sometimes
I’m facing a rather unique luxury problem that only a handful of people on this planet could ever understand: my aim is sharper than a surgeon’s scalpel, my movement is more graceful than a ballet performance, and my game sense operates on a level far beyond ordinary human comprehension. Years of relentless training have molded me into one of the best – if not the best – Battlefield 2042 player in existence. But now I’m confronted with a strange issue: because of my overwhelming skill, I keep getting placed into matches that are already on the brink of collapse – apparently in the hope that my godlike gameplay will single-handedly turn the tide. Most of the time, I succeed. Yet recently I’ve noticed that I frequently get disconnected when I dominate a match too hard, almost as if the system itself is trying to protect the other players’ experience from being completely shattered by my presence. Believe it or not, even a demi-god like me sometimes just wants to relax and enjoy a casual round without being forced into carrying the entire server. My humble request: please remove me from this divine tier and allow me, every now and then, to be treated like a mere mortal. Thank you in advance – and apologies if my sheer perfection is overloading your servers.Battlefield 2042 crashing after start
The game starts, while on loading screen it just crashes and only error log i got from EA App is " An error on our end caused the launch to fall " How to fix it on my side and when are you going to fix it on your side ? Game is purchased via epic games store and EA App is showing 6 minutes played but before there were like 2,5 hours how to fix it ?SolvedBF 2042 Cross progression from Xbox to PC not working
My Xbox and Steam accounts are both connected to EA (and always have been). My progression for Battlefield 2042 is on Xbox but will not transfer over to PC-Steam, although it's supposed to. EA Support says it's a bug and they're supposed to be looking into it. It's so frustrating because I would like to play....today.Battlefield 2042 Progress Lost After PSN Linking
Hi, I’m having a serious issue with my Battlefield 2042 account after linking my PSN to EA. My EA account name is different from my PSN ID. After linking, Battlefield 2042 started showing my PSN name instead of my EA ID. Since then, all of my in-game progress has disappeared — when I launch the game, I’m reset to level 1. However, my Battlefield 2042 stats are still visible on Battlefield Tracker when I search my PSN ID. This proves the data still exists on EA’s servers, but the game isn’t pulling it in correctly. This looks like a linking error between PSN and EA accounts. Waiting for an unlink cooldown or posting “feedback” doesn’t help, because this is not just about unlinking it’s a technical issue that has wiped visible progress for active players. Can EA please escalate this to the correct team to investigate? I’d also like to know if other players are experiencing the same bug so we can get more visibility on it.Game data/acc merge
Hello I have two EA accounts and wondered if its possible to have the accounts merged with the game data of said accounts kept intact? My bf1 data and bfv data are on my primary account, and my bf2042 data is on a secondary account If the accounts were merged can the game data be retained?SolvedEA effectively discourages people from using its games
I think EA doesn't care about players and doesn't care about technical issues, which is why I'm skeptical of their new games. I won't buy them. They simply don't fix achievements in their games (Ubisoft helped me in less than an hour) (Activision, surprisingly, in 1 business day) (EA, what can I say, they don't fix anything, or I don't know, they have poor technicians. The "Wheeled Warrior" achievement in BF2042 is broken, as is one achievement in Nedd for Speed).Frequent BSOD Crashes in Battlefield 2042 (eaanticheat.sys Error)
Hi, I am experiencing frequent Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) crashes while playing Battlefield 2042, primarily during map loading and when returning to the lobby. The BSOD error is caused by eaanticheat.sys, with the specific stop code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (0x0000001e). Previously, the game ran smoothly. This issue began after I upgraded my GPU from an RTX 4090 to an RTX 5090 and updated the graphics driver to the latest version (32.0.15.7700 - NVIDIA ForceWare 577.00). No other changes were made to my system or operating system. After the crashes occurred, I attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success: Rolled back the GPU driver from ForceWare 577.00 to ForceWare 572.16 (the version previously used with my RTX 4090). The issue persisted. Verified game integrity, uninstalled/reinstalled EA AntiCheat, and performed a full reinstall of Battlefield 2042. Tested the RTX 5090 using benchmarking tools (3DMark, FurMark). No hardware faults were detected. Checked RAM stability with MemTest. All tests passed without errors. System Configuration: OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro (Version 10.0.22631.5624, Win11 23H2 2023 Update) CPU: Intel Core i9-13900KF @ 5.5 GHz (8C+16c) Motherboard: ASUS Prime Z790-P (Intel Z790 Chipset) Memory: 32 GB DDR5 SDRAM, DIMM2: Corsair CMK5X16G1E60C36A2 (16 GB, DDR5-4800), DIMM4: Corsair CMK5X16G1E60C36A2 (16 GB, DDR5-4800) GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 (32 GB VRAM) GPU Driver: ForceWare 577.00 (32.0.15.7700) Storage: Predator SSD GM7 M.2 2TB (Game Installation Drive) BIOS: AMI (Version dated 06/25/2024) Attached is the minidump file from the most recent BSOD for your analysis. Please address this matter at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your urgent attention to this problem.Solved
