Crosshair colors do not save your intended color

Summarize your bug When I try to change any colors for this section to a specific color I want, it never saves the color I selected. It doesn't work for hit color, headshot color, or any of the color options in this section. I just wanted to have my colors be on R:155, G:0, B:0.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into the display tab under options and select crosshair. Try to change the color, any of the colors, it will not save the option.
What happens when the bug occurs? The color just goes back to what it was before and does not save the new option.
What should be happening instead? The color of my hits and crosshair should be able to be set at any color value within the rainbow box you offer.
I really just want to change the color of these because I feel it can be hard to see your crosshairs and hits under certain conditions. Having a bright color will help it to stand out more on screen.
