Question

When I downloaded the disc version of battlefield 2042 it asked if I wanted to install the ps5 or the ps4 version. Since I have a ps5 I download the ps5 version after it finished it asked again and I ignored it. I now understand that I need the ps4 verson to play with my ps4 friends and it wont let me go back and download it. So the question is can I download the ps4 version or do I have to buy the game again.

I did uninstall the game but it didnt give the opinion to download ps4 or ps5 it just gave the ps5 version. I also went to the 3 dots next to the play game button and there was not a switch versions button.

Hi, Agrre with above, tried to reach Ea support but dont get any responses in this matter. We dont want to buy the game twice!

If you bought the game digitally you will have both version of the game and both should be available to be downloaded. @captincharbossa  /Atic

@EA_Atic&nbsp;I guess what I'm trying to say is do I really have to spend another $60 to buy the digital version of the game so I can play with my PS4 friends. When I installed the disc version it gave me the option to install the PS4 or the PS5 version. I didn't know at the time I needed the PS4 version to play with my friends and now I cant go back to the screen to install either version.&nbsp;
