Summarize your bug I spent a lot time customize specialists, vehicle, like skins and equipment etc. But some times when I start the games all the customization I have done is gone, everything back to default, and the resolution been set to minimum. And there was once all my game setting are gone, I been forced to do a complete reconfige. This happened in the beta, and this bug still in the game.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure, it happens when game start from origin.
