Direct X crashing

Any idea on how I can change the 'End' key binding. It use to just force open the desk top and open an EA website. After the last couple patches it does that and crashes the Direct X stuff. Some dev error.

When you folks broke the friends list thing a few patches ago and then fixed it, every few minuets my mouse just freezes 3 or 4 times in a row. The game is still moving but the mouse just stops working.
