DirectX Error/Windows blocking BF2042.exe

It seems that my DirectX issues have been caused by Windows blocking BF2042.exe from accessing graphics hardware. Ever since the release of BF2042 I have always gotten DirectX errors causing the gam...

@Rokebo73I tried most of these before posting and the ones I hadnt tried still resulted in the same behavior. Going to try disconnecting my second monitor and see what happens.

    @Rokebo73  and anyone else wondering, this seems to have worked for me. Anytime I play the game, I switch from "Extended" to "PC screen only" using Alt+P which seems to not cause any errors. I dont plan on marking this as a solution though

      @t2MucH4yA good , you can play , even if its only with "1 monitor" !!

        @Rokebo73looks like the1 monitor trick doesnt work, back to square one all over again.
