@Rokebo73I tried most of these before posting and the ones I hadnt tried still resulted in the same behavior. Going to try disconnecting my second monitor and see what happens.

@Rokebo73 and anyone else wondering, this seems to have worked for me. Anytime I play the game, I switch from "Extended" to "PC screen only" using Alt+P which seems to not cause any errors. I dont plan on marking this as a solution though

@Rokebo73looks like the1 monitor trick doesnt work, back to square one all over again.

Hide all Microsoft services, DISABLE (uncheck) ALL other processes, apps and services
give an update if ya tested game please.
