I get the same error. I am on a 4080 & 5900x. I downclocked my gpu by about 5% accross the board and set all my in game settings to medium w/ dlss off. It's been the only thing that has SORT OF worked for me. It's obviously a wider spread issue, so hopefully they get on top of it.
