Disable chat function is missing - forced to press the resp. button each game

Summarize your bug Chat is always popping up, even though I do not need it. Please give us the option to disable this forever.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Join a server.
What happens when the bug occurs? Have remap a button to disable it, even though I'm running out of options to map all needed game functions to a gamepad. On mouse and keyboard this wouldn't be that annoying.
What should be happening instead? Option to remove this part of the UI.

Hey guys,

another usability flaw, which shouldn't be hard to be solved. Just give us and option to toggle the display of this feed. You did similar magic with killfeeds etc. in BF5 already. So just do the same for this.
