Display Errors when on Vehicle

When I get on a vehicle and press acceleration (most of the time but not necessarily), sometimes the display has color/icon tearing. Sorry I don't know how to describe so pls take a look on the attached screenshots. I have tried reinstall the game and the display driver, turn on and off of every features in display options but not working at all. I also can't find any similar issues on internet :'(.
