DLSS is Greyed out Cant turn it On or Off in Battlefield 2042

Just started my game today ... found that DLSS is turned Off and completely Greyed out can't change settings ...several people on discord have the same problem ... Anyone found a working fix for that...

dlss is grayed out in bf2042 settings

have worked flawlessly before

have tried

new driver

cleaned vith ddu 

used new nvngx dlss file

enabled it in the profsave profile

using a rtx4070 ti

I also have DLSS greyed out sure it waqs working a couple of days ago.
