Double Charged for BF Coins due to in-game error message

So I used the in game purchase options that sent me to steam which I used to load my wallet and authorize purchase... I then got a message in BF saying that transaction was CANCELLED due to error.. S...

Yea they don't like us getting our money back!

I got to live chat messaging and they said I had to go through steam... Which seems like BS
