Dozer’s T1 skin is still not unlocking after the newest patch changing it

Dozers T1/tier 1 skin is not unlocking on PS5 after attempting many fixes after the recent patch changing the requirements for it, I have tried being extremely close, shield kills and restarting multiple times but to no luck please fix soon I also would log on to do more progress for crawford whilst I waited for the patch for dozer and my kills had been backtracked to previous days when it was lower, please fix both characters.
