Summarize your bug People using Dozer are hit with an SPH without the shield being out or in the back with the shield out and the SPH will not do full damage. It will only do the damage that happens when the SPH is stuck to the shield. This is a clear glitch.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have one person play as DOZER and another hit him with the SPH anywhere on his body. Once they are hit put the shield up right away. It will do much less damage than it should.
What happens when the bug occurs? Player will stay alive with only the damage that normally happens when the SPH is stuck to the shield.
What should be happening instead? If the person is stuck with the SPH without Dozer shield then it should do the full damage.
