EA Anti Cheat error 76

Haven't been able to play the past few weeks due to this. I've seen error 76 popup about 20% of the time, every other single time i've tried i'll get the message in the image I attached on my launcher or my launcher won't even pull up at all.

Also attached my DxDiag, computer should be updated to the gills completely including new net framework recommended on here

I've re-installed the game probably 4 times, have re installed the ea app twice, re-modified the ea anticheat multiple times, have tried installing it on different hard drives and even turned off all my firewalls to try and launch the game. ZERO success 

Would like to be able to play the game again that i've played since launch, i've searched high and low on the internet including this forum with no real gems
