    We appreciate your constant updates regarding this issue.

    Could you kindly update us if the issue persists since yesterday or even today? If the problem continues, we suggest you attempt to repair the game through the EA app (if you have it on the EA app) or validate the game files through Steam or Epic.

    Please let us know in this thread if the problem persists, or if it has been successfully resolved.

This is what I found out in the latest update of Battlefield 2042 (2023.10.10)

EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe  in my folder is too old. Downloaded programs cannot install the latest version of Battlefield 2042. Following image  is what it looks like when I running the latest EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe.Maybe this make me cannot running Battlefield 2042 (version 6)

Please tell me,how can i solve this

    I had the same problem, I can't reinstall EAAC from a downloaded installer. I must use the installer located in BF42 folder/EAAntiCheat to have BF42 enabled

    • [X] Verified Integrity of Game in Steam (Bc I bought game from Steam)
    • [X] Reinstalled EA Desktop App with full clean unistall (used Revo Uninstaller)
    • [X] Updated EA Anticheat using EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe AND EAAntiCheat.Installer.Tool.exe
    • [X] Repaired EA Anticheat using EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe AND EAAntiCheat.Installer.Tool.exe
    • [X] Deleted whole Temp folder with (Dism++, Windows Disk CleanUp Tool, CCleaner)
    • [X] Updated Drivers, Reinstalled Nvidia Drivers (Clean Install)
    • [X] Windows System File Check (sfc /scannow) and (DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image Scan/Restore/Update)
    • [X] Windows Updates Checked.
    • [X] Registery Entities Restored, Repaired, Cleaned with CCleaner
    • [X] Reinstalled Steam and Battlefield 2042

    It's important to note that this issue began on yesterday, and there were no problems before that. I am deeply disappointed as I paid for this game and am currently unable to access it. Despite all the efforts mentioned above, the problems persist.

    I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to help resolve this matter. It is disheartening to be unable to enjoy something I have invested in.
