Have you linked the game to your EA account correctly (meaning you didn't make a typo in your email)?
Asking if your bank transfer has been processed. Currently, there is a strong sale of EA games, so a lot of people buy their products, which means that the server cannot fully handle everything because it is overloaded. Wait for the bank transfer to be registered, then everything should be sorted out, or better yet, return the product to Steam and buy BF2042 on EA APP. Steam and EA are two different platforms and unfortunately they don't work well together.
