I’m having the same issue. Got the rewards for November and December no problem but still have yet to receive the cap em charm for January. I’m on PS5.

DICE Team@Redeco17 Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.
Power cycle the PlayStation console
- Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
- Wait for the power light to stop flashing, remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
- Reconnect and attempt to launch Safe Mode.
To see if it can help with re triggering of the rewards.

- @EA_Atic I did everything you said. I cleared the cache and rebuilt the database. I mean I got my twitch prime rewards a few days ago no problem yet it’s been 3 weeks and looks like I’m just missing out on the content I paid for which really sucks honestly.
