EBLC-RAM Some upgrades don't unlock after reaching necessary kills

Some of the upgrades don't unlock after meeting the minimum required kills on the EBLC-RAM vehicle. I've already tried restarting the game, and it didn't correct it. This issue also occurs on the P5...

    Hey bud! @SterlingARCH3R, You need to poke EA Support on this one if you still having them locked.
