I’m having this same issue
EA support chat opened a ticket and marked it 'Fixed' but it is still an issue and I can not take down my server My host is on Xbox one console though not pc. Was this marked fixed because the next update will restart servers and fix this issue? I can't Admin my own server as some bug doesn't recognize me as the host's admin. I am unable to start other portal instances either since my current one will not respond to my admin requests.
I was hoping to get the host instance force terminated by DICE. I bet EA support chat can't do anything to the servers anyway. I saved the chat log as it's pretty funny and I am not 100% it wasn't a chat 'bot' anyway...
Is there anyone who is monitoring these forums that can 'Take Down' my host on Xbox One Console? I have been unable to take it down and apply any updates or start a new one. I would wait until it reaches zero players for it to auto-stop, but my host is pretty popular and always has players. There is a bug that allows take over of admin of hosts and I need my current running instance shutdown. Please someone in support do this? All you need to do is see my gamer tag that is linked to this Origin/EA account and shutdown all my hosts...

Can someone in support who is monitoring these forums please 'Take Down' my hosts? It's now been several days and no answers from any support contact through any channel!
if there is an update in the immediate future which will force take down the hosts, then fine... but it would be great if someone would take it down immediately... if this is related to the 'Persistence' issue.. then fine also.. please state that here so I can stop trying to shut it down and just wait for the update...
If you are actually in support monitoring this, then you can easily find my Gamertag and email address associated with this profile.... there was also a Case opened that, as I mentioned, was incorrectly marked as 'fixed'... I'm still unable to take down my host... here's that case #....my gut feel is there was a bug in the cross-play that allowed PC clients to send bogus commands to the server host, overflow it, and then take 'ownership' briefly. I remember seeing the maps 'cycle' very quickly when it started as if someone was hitting the 'Next Map' option as an admin.. seems like a blaring security hole to me if that is the case.
I'm tempted to post the entire chat history for it's at minimum entertainment value...please 'Take Down' my hosts so I can update it and change the experience I am hosting....
