ERROR: 125012S

I have Battlefield 2042 installed both on my Computer and Playstation 5. After playing the game on my computer and want to play on Playstation I've noticed that I've got a message up that say: ' Unable to load persistence data. Game will return to start menu. Please check your internet connection, make sure the Platform client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information'. 

I also had the same problem after playing the game on my consol. When I wanted to go on the computer to play, I've recived the same message. When I try to Google it it say that I should check my Internet connection and so on. I have full connection both on computer and consoll and the game are up to date at my computer as consoll as well at the same time my graphics card are updated to the newest. Is it anyone else that struggles with the same thing? Because I can't figure out whats wrong. For in the end I have to reinstall the game on both computer and consoll.
