error code 11:3402J:5C: 17450738580

Can Someone help me with that please?   Cant get  process on playing. Only about 15 ping Thank you!

    @EnenHyde  Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

     

    How to power cycle: 

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
    3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    4. Plug the console power cable back in.
    5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    This does not work on PS.  Worked just fine 30 November 2022. 01 December 2022, no luck.  All experiences indicate zero (0) players, when I host I receive this error and that server is not available.

    This does not work on PS.  All servers worked just fine 30 November 2022. 01 December 2022, no luck.  All servers indicate zero (0) players.  I can join servers but player count stays at zero and I receive this error.  the same happens when I host. Cross-play is on..
