Thank you for the screenshot. It looks like the error has to do with an EA account login issue.
Make sure you know your EA account password before following the steps below since they will log you out of your EA account and require you to log back in to your EA account.
Is your PlayStation account linked to your EA account?

Try removing all trusted devices from your EA Account.

Try logging out of your EA account in Battlefield 2042's in-game settings menu, then log back in through the game settings menu.

Have you tried unplugging the power from your home internet modem and router for a few minutes and then plugging them back in? If that doesn't fix the error then consider trying the steps below.
You can also try changing the DNS server IP address in your PS5 settings.
Have you checked to see if your EA account is banned or suspended?

Do you remember if Battlefield 2042 asked you to login to your EA account when you first installed the game. I remember Battlefield 1 asking me to login to my EA account on console.
If there's no way to logout of your EA account on console through the in-game menu. Then the only way I can think of to log out is by deleting the Battlefield 2042 game save file on PS5.
Deleting the save file will also reset all your game settings to default, so keep this in mind if you decide to try it. I'm not going to guarantee this will fix the error code since I've never tried it, but it's something I would try if I were experiencing the same thing as you.
You'll also want to delete the cloud save Battlefield 2042 game save data too, otherwise the PS5 will automatically redownload it from the cloud. Which defeats the purpose of resetting everything to default so the game will hopefully ask you to login to your EA account again.

I added a few more things to try in my previous post.
Are you saying PS5 won't let you uninstall and reinstall Battlefield 2042?
