just wanted to play some fun Exodus and the game refuses to load into any map no matter the attempts.

Why does it only give me discarded no matter how many times I back out
I believe BF2042 has a secret algorithm in place to provide the most hellish experience possible tailored to each individual's preference in regard to what map you end up on the most.

That would explain the recurring nightmare I had with Hourglass.
It was so bad I have basically only played the Exposure map since it launched.
I play 64 mostly to play the old maps. They are just a ton of fun

Agreed, I played the Exodus playlist for a while and I did have fun with them, stirred up some happy memories too. 🙂Exodus should have been classic maps only. Why have multiple modes that play the crappy new maps?

Not enough players in your region. Its the only server instance running in that playlist, which has an open spot. And there aren't enough players queuing to cause the match maker to spin up a new instance.

That sucks. I wish we could look and pick what maps we wanted to jump into
I have the OP issue as well, platform is PC, Steam Edition. It occurs randomly. Might play an hour and be fine then all of a sudden can't load into a match. Verifying files is NO help. Just keep plugging away and hope it finally lets you in. In a party, it will let the others join and kick me out...
As to the maps, there are twelve maps listed, I've only ever got put into 3-4 of them....wtf?
