Extremely high latency after some time in match

This has been happening to me in both Apex and BF2042.

Currently, I can play around half of any BF2042/Apex mode before weird things start happening. My latency and everything regarding my network connection slows down abysmally, across everything in my PC, not just games, forcing me out of the match due to connection issues. Any speed tests I do will result in extremely low numbers, a ping -t in terminal to anything gives me constant Request times outs, yet I'm still connected to the internet. This issue resolves itself after I close BF2042 after a few minutes, and everything returns to normal.

I can confirm this only occurs in EA games, again so far only tested on Apex and BF2042, and I've scoured through everything online related to this issue, but none seem to be completely similar. The closest I've found is disabling Onedrive, which I've already done, along with the various other pieces of advice, restarting router, troubleshooting, reinstalling/updating drivers etc, and this problem still persists. Attached is an image of the result in BF.

I'm using the Intel 6E AX211 160MHz wifi driver that's recommended for my motherboard. I'm not too certain about my router model, but I really don't think it has anything to do with it, since while my PC's connection dies, my other devices are working completely fine, but if it is needed pls lmk.

I'm looking for any advice here, but I am aware this might be a potential hardware problem.

lmk if any more info is needed.
