Re: False Ban

What can i do? I was playing and randomly got booted out of the game then woke up the next morning with an email telling me i was banned for cheating. I first laughed and tought it was some mistake by EA but after disputing i just got a copy/paste email telling me that they stand by their action and my game will remain banned. 

I have disputed 5 times now, tried every avenue of communication wich there are almost none and always just a copy/paste response and some live chat where they couldnt care less and pointing out that they couldnt even communicate with the team that handles these cases. What is this joke? I bought the game pre-orded for full price and they dont even let me have an active communication to the people that have the power to help me. 

This so uncredibly outrageous and unfair.

I will propably just get some copy/paste response from EA then the thread will be locked. A good depiction on how bad EA´s communication is.
