Same here. I am in Hong Kong, playing on PC using the EA App. 

I have tried all sorts of troubleshooting to the game and internet with no luck.

    @AreUet Hey, jetzt läuft es wieder, habe den Cache geleert und den Router neu gestartet. Bis jetzt ohne Probleme
