    Mine has unlocked on the felon now, I just had to do the next level of mastery to get the radar missiles and then it all unlocked together, slightly annoying and still not sure why it happened but I've got it now.

I've completed the 60 vehicles destroyed objective but the cannon remains to be locked for some reason, I've got the 30 mm on the panther no problem so I'm just confused as to why I don't have it for the felon
