I notice this often as well, its like when there are more then let say 4 sounds going on at one time (Frag, c5, Rocket, Gun Fire) it cancels out the next sound that is close to you or something (tank, vehicle, foot steps, or any other misc sound) Not sure if that is what the issue is or not but I have seen live streamers talk about sounds in other games only able to apply (X) amount of sounds at once, then of course if this is true there is so many sounds in a Battlefield game going on at once 99% of the time.
IDK, I hope it gets looked into.
